To my surprise later in the evening I received a lovely message thanking me for my email. Finally last night after they had resolved the issues I had called about I sent them an email about those that had died during the recent terrible events. I have found they always reply and you can always get a refund from your card provider if they don't offer what they say in their manifesto. To those who say they have a complaint, put it in an email. I am retired and live on a small income so every penny counts. My advice would be check out any organization before I part with my money. It would seem that some other people may have signed up with those claiming to be 24/7 Techies. I would add that if you ask they will normally go through the problem so that if the same thing happens you might be able to fix it yourself!
